Terms of Service

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use Shelvestack. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials and any API keys secure, and for all activity under your account. We offer email/password sign-in and optional two-factor authentication; we recommend enabling it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to violate any law or third party’s rights.
• Send reminders or messages to people without a proper basis to contact them, or send spam.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.
• Upload malicious code or unlawful content.

Subscriptions and payments

Shelvestack offers paid plans (including Pro and Unlimited). Payments are processed by Stripe. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change plan pricing prospectively with notice.

Your content

You retain ownership of the to-dos, notes, and other content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content and to operate features you use (such as scheduling and sending your reminders).

API keys and MCP

If you connect Shelvestack to an AI assistant via the Model Context Protocol using an API key, you are responsible for that connection and for any actions taken through it. You can revoke an API key at any time.

Third-party services

The service relies on third parties (including Stripe, Resend, Upstash, Neon, and Vercel) and, when you connect one, your chosen AI assistant. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that reminders will always be delivered on time or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, P4 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Florida for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service.
